BOOKING & RESERVATION
By booking one of our trips, you in fact accept the terms detailed below. To book a trip for you, we require a payment equivalent to 30 % of the total amount due.
Once you have selected the trip which best suits your needs, we will e-mail you our bank account details. The balance of your payment is due three weeks prior your trip. Should we not receive your final payment by this time, we reserve the right to cancel your booking without refund. You may pay in US Dollar. Full payment is required when booking three weeks or less prior to your trip.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS Should you wish to cancel a booking, please inform us in writing in order to receive a partial refund.
Upon receiving your cancellation, Firama DotNet will withhold the following: - Cancellation over 30 days before departure: all non-refundable expenses. - Cancellation from 30 to 21 days before departure: 30 % of the total price. - Cancellation from 20 to 8 days before departure: 50 % of the total price. - Cancellation from 7 to 2 days before departure: 75 % of the total price. - Cancellation less than 2 days before departure: 100 % of the total price.
